The Avaya 9621G is an IP phone with a lot of features. It has a touch screen display that can be tilted and Gigabit connectivity.
The 9600 series IP telephones have been upgraded to a Global form factor by Avaya. The English language text on the faceplate has been erased, and icons have been used to express button actions and fixed features such as message, menu, headset, mute, and speaker.

Speaker, mute, headset, contacts, home, history, message, phone, forwarding, and volume are all fixed functions.
Wideband audio, as well as a wideband speakerphone, are available.
There are two message waiting indicators. Incoming calls and voice mail include a 360-degree visual alert.
With an extra adaptor, you can use Bluetooth and DECT headsets.
Built-in two-port Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbps) switch for LAN and collocated PC connections.
