The Avaya 4622SW IP Telephone is primarily intended for call centre use. Like the 4621SW, the 4622SW sports a backlit display and a number of feature buttons. The 4622SW includes two headset connectors and does away with components that aren't needed in a contact centre, such as a handset and speaker.
Agents can view VuStats data on a big backlit display, which includes real-time contact centre performance metrics for agents, splits, skills, VDNs, trunks, and trunk groups.
24 customizable function keys - Gives you one-touch access to a range of contact centre functions, such as log in, log out, release, supervisor assist, after-call work, stroke count, and alert.
12 line/feature keys
Fixed function keys include four softkeys, two screen navigation keys, hold, transfer, conference, drop, redial, mute, volume up/down, headset, speaker, and phone/exit.
