To increase productivity and efficiency, you can programme the fixed keys on the Samsung SMT-i3100 5 Button IP Handset to carry out specific tasks. 100 programmable soft keys are also available, and they may be used for a variety of tasks like accessing features or adding extensions to fast dialling. There are ten fixed feature keys that can be used for standard phone functions including call forwarding, holding a call, and muting.
