With its Gigabit Ethernet connectivity to PCs or desktop servers, the Cisco Unified IP Phone 7971G-GE is a top-of-the-line phone equipped with the most recent network data and application features offered by Cisco.

In conjunction with its Extensible Markup Language (XML) applications, the Cisco 7971G-high-resolution GE's backlit colour touch-screen display offers time-saving features and applications.

Note IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) or a local power supply can both be used to power this phone (sold separately).

For simple access to communication information, time-saving apps, and feature utilisation, a sizable colour backlit, touch-sensitive, pixel-based display screen is provided.
