For today's call centre agents and office staff, the Polycom VVX 401 is a colour mid-range business media phone that provides crystal-clear communications.

The VVX 401 upgrades its memory and processor in addition to adding a USB connector and retaining all the features and functionality of the VVX 400. This enables improved performance as Polycom updates its VoIP feature set.
