The Avaya B199 IP Conference Phone is a simple and powerful conferencing solution that gives conference rooms of any size one-touch meeting entrance and crystal-clear sound. With no auditory impairment, participants are free to wander around the room.
With the base unit, you can hold meetings for up to 12 people and up to 20 people with the optional Avaya B199 Smart Expansion Microphones (sold separately; see drop down option above)
The OmniSound technology gives the greatest audio experience in the industry.
The built-in colour touch screen, which is complimented by volume and mute buttons, displays the various features and actions via icons.
The Avaya Conference Assistant app, which supports one-touch conferencing and calling personal contacts, may also be used to manage the conference phone.
Up to three Avaya B199 devices can be daisy-chained using the cascading capability to increase both the audio distribution and pickup range for maximum coverage (more than 20 people, requires optional Avaya B199 Daisy Chain Kit - see accessory below)
Connects through SIP, USB, and Bluetooth LE, allowing BYOD for web and video meetings, as well as regular phone calls to invite participants (hybrid conferencing)
