The A10 Quick Disconnect cord is incompatible with the Avaya/Nortel 1120E, 1140E, 1150E, and 1165E phones (i.e., T7316E phones bearing the Avaya logo), which are produced by Avaya. They don't send microphone audio. Avaya branded T7316E phones can only be utilised with the Plantronics M12 Vista Amplifier in manual operating mode when utilising compatible Plantronics wired headphones. The A10 Quick Disconnect cord is compatible with T7316Es with the Nortel brand.
