The outdoor Mitel SIP-DECT Base Station RFP 37 IP meets the requirements for outside operation (class of protection IP65). Dipole antennas can be replaced, if necessary, by radio relay antennas. Using Power-over-Ethernet, the Mitel SIP-DECT Base Station RFP 37 IP is powered.
The outside base station (IP65) for SIP-DECT is the Mitel SIP-DECT Base Station RFP 37 IP. It is able to use the new DECT CAT-iq standard (Cordless Advanced Technology - Internet and Quality).
Focusing on premium Audio VoIP, CAT-iq (wideband). The Mitel SIP-DECT Base Station RFP 37 IP can cover lengthy hallways or elevator shafts when used inside buildings with exterior directional antennas. It can be used outside to connect remote buildings to the radio network.
The advantages of well-established DECT technology are utilised for radio transmission via the Radio Fixed Parts RFP IP, which is immediately connected to the LAN like a VoIP device. This guarantees complete compatibility with normal GAP terminals and cordless DECT terminals, both of which are offered as system telephones.
